Your account

Creating an account is free. Use your own Google or Apple account and keep your contact details accurate. Protect that sign-in account and let us know if you think somebody else has gained access. Do not use another person’s account or attempt to access information that is not yours.

An account lets you manage your profile and, when available, your bookings and invoices. Creating one does not reserve a desk, create a paid membership or subscribe you to marketing. Read our privacy notice for how we handle account information.

Booking a hot desk

• The standard price is £25 for a weekday, 9am–5pm. An eligible discount code changes the price shown before payment.
• We currently offer one hot-desk place per day, subject to availability. Before opening, you can book weekdays from 12 to 26 October 2026 inclusive. From opening day, you can book up to two weeks ahead.
• You reserve a place rather than a particular desk. We assign your desk on the day.
• A place is confirmed after successful payment. Checking availability, signing in or starting checkout does not by itself confirm a booking.
• Bring photo ID on your first visit so the team can check it in person.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms will be displayed before payment when bookings open. These website terms do not set a non-refundable booking policy.

Dedicated desks and The Bere meeting space

Dedicated desks are advertised at £250 per month. Availability and any shared or part-time arrangement need to be agreed with us. A dedicated desk requires its own workspace agreement; creating an online account is not that agreement.

The Bere can be requested as a meeting room from 9am–5pm, excluding Fridays. The advertised rate is £150 per day or £37.50 for two hours. Meeting-room requests require administrator approval.

Using the website fairly

Please use the website for genuine enquiries and workspace use. Do not submit deliberately false information, interfere with the service, misuse discount codes or try to gain unauthorised access. We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect other members, and will explain the reason where we can.

Availability may change until a booking is confirmed. If the website is unavailable or you spot an error, contact us and we will help. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; those services have their own terms.

Your rights and changes

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable consumer law or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Booking-specific terms and any workspace agreement will be provided separately before you make the relevant commitment.

We will date updates to these website terms. Changes to a paid booking or membership must follow the terms agreed for that booking or membership.
